Shipping Policy
* Orders are received daily and require 2-3 business days to process.
* We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and all APO FPO addresses.
* APO/FPO Orders will ship via Priority Mail only.
* We do not ship to PO Boxes.
* All in-stock items are shipped within 3 days of payment.
* Normal delivery time is 3-7 days after shipment (within the USA)
* We are not responsible for items confiscated by customs.
* Items on backorder are shipped as soon as we receive them ( 2-6 weeks depending on the manufacturer).
* Orders over 75lbs will require extra shipping charges and are not eligible for free shipping.
* Free Shipping on Orders over $99.00 ( Shipped to the 48 United States only).

30 Day Return Policy
* If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 Days please return the item for a refund.
* Contact us for the RA # before sending any item for exchange or return.
* All items sent for return must be in new condition, in original packing with all documentation.
* Custom Items (Badges, Nameplates, Custom Embroidery, and Custom Badge Holders) may not be returned unless an error in customization was made on our behalf.
* Please include the original invoice or packing slip.
* All refunds will be less shipping and handling and charged a 10% restocking fee.
* The 10% restocking fee will be waived due to an error on our part.
* If payment was by credit card the refund will be issued right away, and will appear on your statement within 2 billing cycles.
* Payments made by check will be refunded within 10 days by company check.
* Please remember to write you RA# on the outside of your package.
* We suggest sending your return using a traceable carrier and insuring your item. We will not be responsible for damaged items during return shipping.

Restricted Items:
Midwest sells many products that are available to the general public and all public orders are welcomed. Some products however are restricted to Law Enforcement, Security and Military personnel only. When purchasing a *restricted Item, please fax us a letter of authorization or valid ID with profession clearly stated. Orders that contain restricted items will not be processed until we receive authorization. Please contact us with any questions regarding this policy.
